The design, explained

Groundwork is built against the horror stories every custom-home prospect has heard: blown budgets, vanished timelines, surprise change orders. The site answers with specification, an eight-phase process in plain language, a stated fixed-bid philosophy, and specs on every portfolio project.

The blueprint aesthetic does double duty: surveyor orange on site-plan white with mono callouts reads unmistakably like construction documents, signaling that this builder thinks in drawings and schedules, not vibes.

The funnel respects the long decision cycle. Consultation is the main ask, but the lot evaluation offer captures buyers still a year out, the highest-leverage moment to become their builder before bidding season starts.
