The design, explained

Beeline is designed for its actual reading conditions: one hand, a parking lot, a feverish child. Wayfinding contrast, thumb-scale targets, and the wait time as the literal headline, because that number is the entire decision.

The save-my-spot flow converts the moment of decision into a queue position in three taps, and the ER-or-here triage guide sends true emergencies away honestly, the trust move that brings every future non-emergency back.

Transparency covers both payment realities: a searchable insurance list for the covered, stated self-pay prices for everyone else, the segment competitors quietly hope will not call.
