Max Digital Edge makes no guarantees about specific results, performance improvements, or increased revenue. Any statements regarding results are provided for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute guarantees.

User Obligations

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information during the registration and use of the platform.

Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.

Use our platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws.

You further agree not to:

Misuse or interfere with our services.

Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities through your use of the platform.

Payment Terms

Max Digital Edge offers various pricing models, including one-time fees and subscription-based services. By signing up for services, you agree to pay the fees associated with the service you select.

All payments must be made in full at the time they are due.

Late payments or non-payments may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

Max Digital Edge reserves the right to modify pricing at any time for future services, and you will be notified in advance of any changes that affect your current subscriptions.

Changes to Services and Compensation

Max Digital Edge reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at its discretion. We may also adjust compensation for services going forward without liability for prior agreements.

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute or claim related to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. Class actions are not permitted. Arbitration will take place in Las Vegas, Nevada, and be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association

You retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in the data and materials you provide to us. However, by submitting content to Max Digital Edge, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute the content to deliver our services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

Max Digital Edge reserves the right to terminate your account or access to services if you violate these Terms, including any violation of the Code of Conduct or engagement in illegal or unethical activities that may harm the company’s reputation.

Upon termination:

All rights granted under these Terms will cease immediately.

You remain responsible for any outstanding payments owed to Max Digital Edge.

We will not refund any payments made prior to termination.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MaxDigitalEdge, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from

(i) your use or inability to use the Service;

(ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;

(iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service;

(iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Service by any third party;

(v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service; and/or

(vi) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party. In no event shall MaxDigitalEdge be liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service in an amount exceeding the amount you paid to MaxDigitalEdge in the past twelve months, if any.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Max Digital Edge and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password, or b) a breach of these Terms or violation of any law by you, or c) content you provide to the platform.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MaxDigitalEdge regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and MaxDigitalEdge relating to your use of the Service.
